AFOA Annual Conference 2020.

Delegates bookings will be available from September.

The cost of Delegate places will remain the same as 2018.  For AFOA members the cost will be £449 plus VAT, for non AFOA members the cost will be £549 plus VAT.  This includes full entry to the conference, accommodation on 11th and 12th February. All meals from an evening meal on Tuesday 11th to lunch on Thursday 13th .  Also included is a gala dinner with evening entertainment on Wednesday 12th.

Exhibitor bookings will be available from 2nd September.

Expressions of interest for exhibitor places at the 2020 AFOA Conference will be taken from 2nd September 2019.  Again, we will send you a reminder nearer the time. These slots will be offered on a first come first served basis, at our discretion and on receipt of a 50% payment.

The cost for exhibiting in 2020 will be £1,700 excl vat, this includes membership and one conference place
