Farnborough Airport Rescue and Firefighting Service are currently seeking a RFFS Training & Development Lead to promote development and continuous improvement within the RFFS and in line with the department’s Training Policy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and recording of training primarily to meet the requirements of the CAP699 framework and maintain the department’s competency scheme.
This is a part time role, working 20 hours per week with a level of flexibility across shifts needed.
The RFFS Training & Development Lead will work across the full range of Fire Service activities at the airport to ensure the team are capable, competent and compliant in fulfilling their duties.
