Stephen Milton of ERDT spoke to the conference on training, training standards and evidencing the training for a robust, valid system of assessment and learning. Stephen also spoke on blended training and the benefits of this in conjunction with practical training and how this can reduce not only risk but vehicle wear and tear and the environmental benefits as well. He summarised the courses that ERDT now provides, all fully accredited by SFJ and some of the courses that are currently being planned for delivery later this year, which includes LVP/LVO training. Stephen then took questions from the delegation, to deep dive some of the topics he has just spoken on.
