Our next annual conference will be held at the Hilton London Gatwick, commencing on Monday 20th April and concluding on Wednesday 22nd April 2026.
This event will commence on the afternoon of Monday 20th April, with workshops and exhibitor set up. There will be an evening buffet for all attending, held in the exhibitor area, providing the opportunity for networking and meeting all the exhibitors. The conference will then be held on Tuesday 21st April, and the morning of Wednesday 22nd April, concluding with lunch. We are also hoping to offer a limited opportunity for a tour of the Gatwick Airport fire station on the Wednesday afternoon. There will be a gala dinner on the evening of Tuesday 21st April, including the presentation of a long service award, entertainment and a charity raffle.
DELEGATES – OPEN FOR BOOKING PLACES NOW
We have 150 delegate places available for our members.
The conference, together with the Monday workshops, will be an approved CPD activity.
Delegate places cost £595 plus VAT, which includes the welcome evening buffet, full attendance at the conference, breakfast and lunch on the Tuesday and Wednesday, the gala dinner, and 2 nights’ accommodation on the 20th and 21st April.
Please email Catherine O’Brien on scobrien1@virginmedia.com to book your delegate place. Delegate places are currently limited to two per organisation. This will be reviewed nearer to the time of the event, so please let us know if you’d like additional places if they become available.
In order for delegates to attend, your organisation will need to be a fully paid-up member of AFOA. When we issue the invoice for the delegate places, we will include the cost to renew your annual membership from 1st April, being £125 plus VAT.
If your organisation will require a PO number to be stated on the invoice, please provide this with your email.
